DRAFT — Pending Legal ReviewLast updated: March 2, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GovContracts platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
3. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If a payment fails, your account will enter a grace period as described in your plan details. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; Founder Rate subscribers are exempt from general price increases as long as their subscription remains continuous.
4. Data Usage
We use your data to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of any data you submit.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) reverse engineer any portion of the Service; or (e) use automated means to access the Service without our prior written consent.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export it.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information provided will be accurate or complete. Contract opportunities are sourced from public databases and may not be exhaustive.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
